J. Philip Kesecker, founder of Kesecker Realty, Inc., started selling real estate in 1956 and obtained his broker's license in 1958. In the early years, Mr. Kesecker provided insurance services along with real estate sales. A passion for land development and housing projects led Mr. Kesecker to sell the insurance side of the business and focus on providing full-time real estate services. Michael D. Pearse, current President and Broker of Kesecker Realty, Inc., has served Morgan County West Virginia as a real estate salesman since 2006 and became the principal broker of the real estate firm in 2008.
